I’ll only start the commission piece after confirming the payment

I have the right to cancel and refund the commissioner in middle of the process.

After starting the client's piece, they don't have the right to refund.

Please note that the refund will change value due to exchange rate and paypal fees.

The sketch with base color will be sent to the client for approval, this is the only time I will be making any changes on the commission.

I won't be making changes on the commission after finished.

As the artist, i retain the copyright.

Commissioner may use the piece for personal use only. credit must be given.

Commercial use requires permission and additional fees.

Please notify me whether or not I should not post the commission pieces on my social media.

There will not be a deadline, so please be patient, I’ll always be notifying the customer.

The trello link will be given so the client can check the waitlist.

YouTube thumbnail commission pieces are only available for main youtube purposes.

you as the client are NOT allowed to sell the commission piece as NFT or use to feed AI programs.

The prices for Brazilians will be different for personal reasons (please DM me for more information).
